Pharmacist-Individual

Pharmacists licensed for at least two years

$225 Annually

Premium Pharmacist-Individual

Pharmacists who wants to save an additional 10% on all AzPA events and programs

Pharmacists who are married

Pharmacists currently enrolled in a PGY1 or PGY2 residency program.

50% reduction for Pharmacists who are within one year after graduation from a college of school of pharmacy.

Persons who are interested in pharmacy or are associated with businesses/professions related to the pharmacy profession.

Technician

Persons employed as supportive pharmacy personnel.

$40 Annually

Student

Persons who are matriculating full time in a college or school of pharmacy.  $20 AzPA membership dues: $5 for activity fee.

My credit card will be charged each month by AzPA $20 (for Individual) or $30 (for Joint) x 12 months each year. Includes monthly administrative fee.
